Founder and Director

Shole Madhusudhanan

For Shole, every student is a canvas with a story already on it.

An artist across watercolour, oil pastels, acrylic, and pencil, Shole's work is driven by a lifelong fascination with colour that reflects energy and life. Her practice of art as therapy has touched students navigating autism, depression, and schizophrenia, with parents and guardians sharing real, visible improvement through consistent engagement with art.

Strategy meets creativity,
building what lasts.

With 30+ years in IT and business leadership, Madhu brings the operational rigour that turns passion into a scalable institution. Heading channel development, franchise management, and business growth, he ensures ReIGNITE runs as good as it teaches.
